These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Genuine Skins online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All product descriptions, images, prices and availability are provided on the website at the time of purchase. Prices and any applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Genuine Skins reserves the right to correct obvious errors, update product information and change prices before an order is confirmed.

3. ORDERS

Orders are placed online through the checkout process. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order becomes binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by Genuine Skins.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

4. PAYMENT

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped using professional carriers. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout and are also described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or does not conform to the order, please contact Genuine Skins as soon as possible at leathercraftman@outlook.fr and provide details and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Customized or personalized products may be subject to specific conditions and applicable legal exceptions concerning cancellation or withdrawal.

Any applicable conditions will be communicated before or during purchase.

9. PRODUCT MATERIALS

Genuine Skins products made from natural or genuine leather may naturally vary in colour, texture, grain and pattern. Such variations are characteristic of natural materials and are not considered defects.

All content on the Genuine Skins website, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics and text, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without authorization.
