SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped using professional and reliable international carriers.

Depending on the destination and order, shipments may be handled by DHL, UPS, DPD or another authorized carrier.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

For Germany, delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 working days after the order has been processed and shipped.

For other destinations, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier and customs procedures.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, delivery may take up to 10 working days after the estimated shipping date, except in circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout according to the destination and order.

Any free-shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website or during checkout.

4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are correct.

Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control.

If a significant delay occurs, Genuine Skins will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and provide available tracking information.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the package or product arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide photographs and your order number where possible so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

8. TRACKING

Where tracking is available, the tracking number will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.
