Shipping and Delivery

Genuine Skins ships orders internationally using DHL, UPS, DPD or another reliable authorized carrier, depending on the destination and order.

Shipping rates

Delivery charges and any applicable free-shipping offer are displayed at checkout for the selected destination and order. The amount shown at checkout applies; we do not use a universal shipping rate for all countries.

Delivery estimates

For Germany, delivery normally takes around 3–5 working days after processing and dispatch. Delivery times for other countries vary depending on the carrier, destination and customs procedures. Estimated delivery times may change due to customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Custom orders

For made-to-order or personalized pieces, production and delivery timing can differ from ready-to-ship items. Any applicable estimate should be confirmed for the individual order.

Customs, addresses and tracking

Customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply to international orders and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Please check your shipping details carefully before ordering. Tracking will be provided when available.
