Genuine Skins offers a voluntary return period of up to 30 days after delivery for eligible products, in addition to applicable statutory consumer rights.

Right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Return conditions and costs

Under the voluntary return policy, eligible products must be unused, unaltered, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable. For a statutory withdrawal, the customer is generally responsible for direct return shipping costs, provided this was disclosed before purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Different remedies apply to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
